Shipping & Returns


AUSTRALIA: All Shamone online purchases are sent either by Australia Post Express or standard Australia Post shipping. A flat rate of $12 AUD standard (with signature) and $15 AUD express post (with signature). Shipping is FREE for all purchases above $120 AUD within Australia. 

All deliveries are secure and trackable. Once payment is received, the order will be sent within 3 working days. 

NEW ZEALAND: Post anywhere in New Zealand for a flat rate of $25.00 AUD

INTERNATIONAL: Shamone offers a standard International post flat rate of $40 AUD to anywhere in the world.

Shipments outside of Australia are subject to duties and taxes that are the customers responsibility.

International delivery times may vary between countries. Please allow 10-20 business day for delivery.

All International purchases are sent with Australia Post International. Shipping is FREE when purchases exceed $350 AUD



If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days of delivery date and in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached.

We do not hold specific stock for exchanges, but if you wish to exchange your item you can return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and, subject to availability, then submit a new order online.

Postage and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Organise your piece in its original Shamone packaging to be sent back via Australia Post Express post or registered post. Send to:

Include a copy of your details within the parcel, so we can identify you.

Once your item has been sent, please allow 7 days for Shamone to receive & process your return. Change of mind returns can only be processed if these instructions have been precisely followed. Customers are liable for return postage on change of mind returns.


For our customers outside of Australia, returns & exchanges are only free if your item is deemed to be faulty.  For ‘change of mind’ or incorrect sizes, etc – international customers must cover the cost of postage. 

Also be sure to correctly fill out any customs documentation and mark as ‘Return’. We do not accept responsibility for any fees associated with items held in customs.

Shamone will not be liable for goods lost during transit.

Returns process for customers outside Australia:

Contact Shamone via the contact tab of our website, specify the reason for your return and we will reply with instructions
